研究方向：
    主要从事免疫调节和自身免疫病发病机制及细胞凋亡的研究。
    免疫系统是机体抵御外来病原微生物感染、清除突变的肿瘤细胞和衰老的组织细胞的主要系统。调节免疫反应的强度和对象，是机体得以维持正常生理功能。如果免疫调节失衡，将会产生一系列病理现象，导致临床上疾病发生如自身免疫病、感染扩大和肿瘤等。目前对免疫系统的调节机理研究是免疫学的热点之一。通过调动免疫调节而达到治疗和预防疾病，已经成为免疫应用研究的主要方向之一。本项目组正是通过独特型-抗独特型、Th1/Th2平衡的调节和CD4+ CD25+调节性T细胞这三个方面的免疫调节机制出发，研究自身免疫病和细胞凋亡的发生与转归手段，最终达到寻找治疗自身免疫病的关键靶点的目的。
